Legendary heavy metal singer Ronnie James Dio has passed away on May 16th, 2010. We mourn the loss of a true legend, an amazing man, and one of the best rock/metal voices ever. We offer our deepest condolences to Ronnie James Dio’s friends and family. The memories that we have of him and his music will live on in our hearts forever.

Six Gallery regrets to announce that singer Daniel J Francis will be parting ways with the band: “We are all thankful for the time and effort Dan contributed to the Six Gallery, but unfortunately, a change like this needs to happen sometimes. Daniel Erb, lead singer of the Columbus indie rock act Afortiori, will be replacing Daniel Francis.”
In order to give their fans the best show possible Six Gallery decided to rather lock themselves up for rehearsals and hence postpone their European tour that was scheduled for May.
Agent Steel have issued the following update: “As some of you may or may not have already heard the news that Agent Steel has parted ways with vocalist Bruce Hall. We as a band would like to acknowledge the accomplishments together with Bruce and the three solid metal offerings; “Omega Conspiracy”, “Order Of The Illuminati” and “Alienigma”. Together we had the fortune of touring and sharing the stage in some amazing places and visited some breathtaking countries. Bruce dedicated over a decade to Agent Steel and for this he should be recognized, and we part on good terms.”
11 days ago, Shining (from Norway) and Enslaved performed at the Roadburn Festival the last ever performance of their “Armageddon Concerto”, conceived, composed and performed with their fellow Norwegian explorers Enslaved.
Shining now release the opening movement ‘RMGDN’ as a download on all major digital stores worldwide (iTunes, eMusic, Amazon etc.).
The track ‘RMGDN’ is the 13 minutes long opener for the Concerto, and was recorded by Shining along with the rest of “Blackjazz”. It was of course also mixed by the eminent Sean Beavan and mastered by the impeccable Tom Baker.
‘RMGDN”’ has only been available as a very special bonus track on a limited amount of vinyl “Blackjazz” records, and is now available as download for the first time.
